Let's get saucy! I've been on a sauce kick lately. In the past week alone I've made tartar sauce, buffalo sauce, spicy mayo, and now this beauty! I must admit that I did not have high hopes for this sauce since I'm not a huge mustard fan but now I'm pretty sure I would drink it out of a cup. This is a perfect sauce for dipping chicken and roasted vegetables. Or eat with a spoon. I won't judge.
Do not skip the blending part of this sauce, otherwise you won't get the creamy and velvety texture. I used a hand immersion blender since I wasn't making a whole tub of sauce but you can use a regular blender. Nothing beats a great sauce and a lousy sauce will ruin even the best of food. And this is a great sauce.
